We ship within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.

All orders within the U.S. are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days.


What shipping Carriers do you use?

We use the United States Postal Service and UPS. To keep shipping rates low we compare carrier costs and ship the most efficient way.


How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please contact us at



How do I enter a discount/coupon code?

On the last page before your click "complete my purchase" there will be a box where you can enter your discount/coupon code. Once you have entered the code, click "Apply". Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount. Now press "complete my purchase". You cannot enter coupon codes if you click the "pay with PayPal" option or combined with other discount codes. Please contact us at with any problems.


Where’s my package?

We typically ship out orders within 24 hours when placed by 12pm. When we ship out your package, an automated email will be sent to the email address that you provided when placing the order. Inside this email you will find a clickable tracking number that will tell you exactly where your package is. If you have trouble viewing this information, feel free to contact us.


What are the shipping rates?

We offer free shipping for orders $25 and over. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate of $4.


Where do you ship?

We ship all around the US. We are working on setting up international shipping channels.


How long for my tea to get here?

We typically ship out orders within 24 hours when placed by 12pm. We ship mainly USPS Priority, so once your order has left our warehouse, it will reach you within 2-5 business days. It tends to be closer to two, but some packages may take a little bit longer. If you’ve been waiting more than five days for a package, feel free to contact us and we will sort out the issue.


How can I change my order after it’s been placed?

We recommend emailing us immediately upon realizing that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need.
